Giving a new meaning to pan pizza. Getting the crust thickness closes to the pan.

I'm extremely fortunate to have this Pizza Hut close to me. I messed up my order using the app. I quickly called the location. John was more than happy and kind enough to correct my mistake and help me out. I will defenitly be ordering from here again in the future.

I did a pickup order for two pizzas recently. The service was fine, but the pizza was awful. I think it was just really really old. Tasted like cardboard with toppings. It's unfortunate because I can recall them having good pizza, but that was a long time ago. I thought I would try them again, but I think that will be the last.

I ordered a pizza at 715pm. I called at 9pm and asked where it was. The manager was so rude , said it would be another hour if he remade the pizza. He did say he only had 3 drivers but why wouldnt he tell or call us to let us know that. He simply said wasn't his problem. I have a hungry child here and now its 9pm and he pretty much was like "oh well" heres the corporate number. Bottom line is dont count on pizza hut to get you your pizza. This sucks

I DO NOT APPRECIATE OR LIKE THIS PLACE ANYMORE!! WE USED TO BE REPEAT COSTOMERS WITH THEM ALL THE TIME... LOST ALL OUR INFO!! I TALKED TO THE CALL CENTER A SUPERVISOR. I UNDERSTAND THINGS GET MIXED UP BUT FOR ME TO CALL AT EXACTLY 5:33 THEY TELL ME 30 MINUTES THEN MY MOM CALLS ASKING WHERE THEIR DINNER IS.... @7 OMG. BACK TALKING TOO IS NOT OKAY I AM YOUR CUSTOMER (FORMER) YOU SHOULD WANT TO HELP ME MORE THAN $3 OFF.. SHE SAID IT WOULD BE 30 MINUTES. PERFECT! NOPE WAITED ANOTHER HOUR TILL YOU CANNOT WAIT ANYMORE... SAD HOW PEOPLE TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS....

Worst Pizza from pizza hut we have ever ordered. One pizza had very little sauce missing toppings, no crust flavoring, and very little cheese. 2nd pizza had very uneven slices hardly any cheese or toppings. 3rd gluten free pizza was almost burnt and no sauce at all. We will not be ordering from here again.

It has now been 2 hours since placing my order that was suppose to arrive within 65 minutes. I have called twice in the last hour and was told it was out for delivery. Customer service has been no help. This is unacceptable!! 😡😡😡

Looks awesome thanks guys its hard to get good pizza delivered to my 18 Wheeler and this one looks like y'all are on top of yalls game tonight thanks and keep up the good work

Recently the manager came out with the delivery guy just to make sure I was service was great

The pizza was really good. I ordered with a phone call, and had no problem. The person taking the call was helpful and courteous.

Okay place. Works pretty quickly on the orders but quality varies.

They served my pizza's in filthy boxes.

Love the mini cinnabons here.

This place is going down hill. Just ordered a 5 topping pan pizza and a 2 liter of RootBeer. It rolled up 25 minutes late. Pizza has two slices that have almost no cheese. The whole pizza is missing sauce. It’s dry, over cooked and there were literally 3 banana peppers. The 2 liter was stuck in the bag with the pizza so it was HOT when it got here. I called and they said all they can is give me a 15 dollar credit. Won’t be ordering from here anymore and I don’t suggest you do either. :(

Food is great and atmosphere and wait staff are terrific. We love going to this place. The prices are fair and the customer services are amazing.

Ordered two pizzas (one gluten free) and an order of hot wings. Was told the order would take 20-30 minutes. Arrived at the 30 minute mark and the food was still not ready (took an additional 15 minutes). Once I was handed the food I noticed neither pizza was gluten free so they had to redo that pizza. That took an additional 20 minutes. Assuming they checked everything well considering their first mistake I left once I was handed the food. I get home (15 minutes away) and discover that my wing box has freaking cinnamon bread or whatever that dessert is. I give them a call and they refuse to refund the money for the wings so I had to return to the store to pick them up. By the time I got back home, the pizza was freezing. I do understand they were busy as it was a Friday night but it is absolutely ridiculous that they made not one but TWO huge mistakes with the order. I would never order from this location again.

It's what you expect. Friendly customer service from kids and pizza that tastes the same at all locations.

I ordered with the app and apparently didn’t quite get it right. Pizza was great. Service great. Calling in order is a best option rather than APP

Horrible customer service. I was told my delivery would only be 20 minutes. After an hour, I called to check on my order and they told me it left a while ago and should be to my house soon. I waited another 40 minutes before I called back again. They left me on hold for 7 minutes and then stated that my pizza was already delivered. I told him it was NOT delivered. He said he could redo my order and they would deliver it in 45 minutes. I told him that I've already been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and they should deliver my pizza quicker. He said nope, that they were too busy. (Wednesday night at 7:30pm?) I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. Wow!! I've never spoken to a manager that was so rude and inconsiderate. I asked for his managers name to which he stated it is Shawna, I'll be paying her a visit in the morning. I called Dominos and had my pizza in 25 minutes!! I will not be back to Pizza Hut.

FIRST time we called the wait time was 60-70 delivery 20 minute carryout. Ok cool said we'll do carryout. The person who took my order via phone assured me delivery would be more like 30 minutes due to more drivers coming in at 5. Great! Let's do delivery then. First driver called within 30 minutes. Stating "we can't find your address" "on our way"..... Google maps finds it fine. 20 minutes after that call we call the store wondering if he's lost. Now his keys are locked in the car and our pizzas were remade and sent back out for delivery. 30 minutes later we call again and the answer "pizzas are on there way". 15 minutes later delivery guy calls for my address again! So I spell it out. Here we are 45 minutes later and still no pizza. Ps.... I live 6 minutes away less than 2 miles.

Took two freaking hours. The tracking app said they didn’t even start making my food till 20 minutes after I ordered, finally it got to my house and everything was cold and gross they gave me a discount but I would never pay for what I got. Not happy and never ordering from this location again.

I've ordered from here many times and keep getting disappointed with how little they seem to care about the instructions. I'll never order from here again because now not only can't they read but they didn't bring my full order. Never again, I'll get food after my overnight shift. And adding insult to injury the food I did get is lukewarm at best.

They fit the bill: I called in an order for two large pizzas, pepperoni & a combo, and the fellow checked their current deals to get me a good price. The pizzas were ready in 15 minutes as promised, and they tasted great! Really, Pizza Hut must've adjusted their recipes; it was better than I expected, even the crust. I went to pick up, and the cashier was friendly and rang my order up accurately. All this happened on Halloween night, and they were busy, but not frantic. I'll be happy to go back again.

Unbelievable! Ordered online for 11:00am pick-up. Received email that pizza would be ready at 11. Drove to store #260 at 11 - doors were locked & no one there (sign said Open at 10 - but doors still locked at 11). Waited until 11:10 & tried doors again - no go. Returned home & called Store a bit later to make a complaint (Michael answered and he was very rude). Really, Pizza Hut? Is this the best you can offer?T

Last time i went the staff forgot my pizza, it was sliced horribly and they ran out of large boxes so put in an XL box. Slid around in the car and was a horrible mess when i got home. Would have been better off getting DiGiorno. Pizza Hut youre better than this

We called last night 12/5 at 6pm and ordered a delivery 2 pizzas. Employee said 35 - 45 minutes. Ok, no big deal, we can handle that. At 7pm we called and asked about our delivery. The employee said "sometimes we get backed up and the drivers get overwhelmed." Ok..... we can handle that also, just PLEASE tell us in advance next time. We waited another 15 minutes and still no pizza. At this point we called and cancelled our order. Lesson learned. At 7:30 our pizza's arrived which we turned away and apologized to the very frustrated driver whom they didn't bother to call to say we cancelled. Very poor all around. We will be back because we love pizza hut but we will carry-out in the future.

Waited for awhile, had employees running back and forth! Not one time did they bother to assist...another customer came he was waited on before us...IT'S not like no one saw us! Better customer service.... but the girl that did wait on us was very nice,

Terrible customer service and quality! We went out of our way to order a pizza which took nearly an hour to get even with pick up and the cherry on top was it burnt to a crisp and had little to no cheese. We called the store to let them know and they said they would credit it back which 20 days later never happened. Definitely not going back!

We order from this Pizza Hut all the time and usually have no problem. However, today it took two hours to get our single pizza made and delivered. The estimated time of delivery was about an hour - hour and fifteen minutes, which I was very accepting about because I realized they were probably very busy. When it was half an hour after the expected delivery time we gave a call to see if there were some complications and we were given a very rude response, they gave no respect when we were staying calm and level headed. But hey, obviously this Pizza Hut could not care any less about how they treat their loyal customers. Do yourself a favor and get a take and bake. The pizza they delivered was cold and nasty. Not ordering from there again, wish I had read the reviews first.

Well after years of ordering here it finally happened and we have experienced first hand the rude, do not care attitude. We ordered a two pizzas for delivery. My wife put in the special instructions section that are paying with a hundred. Pizza guy comes and says he can't break a hundred and he would need to run to the store to get change. Ok. We waited 45 more minutes and nothing. Wife calls and the Pizza hut employee tells her that she should have read the fine print and that they don't use the special instructions section. If it was an issue then why not call and say it cannot be done. Don't blame other people especially those who are trying to provide you with some business. Now we are just sticking with Anthony's Pizza. They are always cool with us. This pizza hut location is ghettos as hell. Don't waste your money. They don't care.

Sad, limp, pathetic pizza.I ordered one of the cheese nugget pizzas.It was greasy, thin, limp and tasteless.The amount of toppings was about 1/4 what I would expect.I could see through the "extra" cheese I ordered.The pizza was somehow both burnt and undercooked.The cheese was tasteless; first time I've had completely tasteless mozzarella.And to to it all off, the price was more than I would have spent at any of the numerous other, superior, pizza joints in the area.Avoid this place, it is terrible.Is there any possible way to leave a zero star review??? Seriously. It's that terrible.

Hadn't had pizza hut in a while ordered some for delivery. Takes them an hour to deliver which is ok wasn't in a hurry for it I knew estimated time was 55min. Pizza was barely warm the worst pizza I've ever had from pizza hut. We're literally 4-5 minutes away and supposedly it was cooked right before delivery. Guess we'll be sticking with domino's they've been the most reliable and the pizza's usually hot like right out of the oven.

Checking out was great! Staff very nice. Pizza on the other hand was awful. I dont think there was any cheese or sauce. As I can see by other reviews, no one from Pizza Hut reads or answers them.

My experiance was very disapointing. Not only did they get my order wrong by forgeting my garlic bread that made me have to wait an extra ten minutes more to fix this mistake but when I got home I realized that the chicken pizza that I ordered and paid for had NO chicken. Very disapointed!

could have went anywhere else and got a large pizza for 799 but Pizza hut was convenient so I stopped paid $24 for a large pizza and two sodas and they don't have any napkins. Not that they were out, they just don't give them out anymore Pizza hut you lost a customer forever

Not the same pizza look or taste as a sit down pizza hut. Just not the same.
